NEW YEAR 2016.
A new year is knocking on our door. I always feel great after starting workout over 10 months ago, life become a little more exciting and I know this year will be better than the last. I've tried to eat closer to nature and to be successful at a fitness routine. Skipping to have my favorite movie and spending time on the treadmill help to reduce stress and anxiety after a busy day at work. In last year, I get to know my body more and try to change unhealthy lifestyle habits. It sounds harsh to me while I don't really exercise regularly (last time running for 10 min, it kills me!). Yet there's always space for improvement, another note to myself - perhaps I'm stronger than I think.
